How To Cook Mangan Express Skinless Longganisa (Filipino Sausage)
Skinless Longganisa is a Filipino sausage without the casing. It is one of the most common Filipino breakfasts and is usually served with garlic rice (sinangag) and fried egg (itlog) - the combination is commonly known as "longsilog".
Ingredients
- Mangan Express Skinless Longganisa
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Add longganisa and water over medium heat
- Simmer until water is reduced
- Add oil
- It will start to fry once water starts evaporating
- Turn occasionally
- Fry for 3 to 5 minutes or depending on your cooking preference
- Remove from heat
- Serve with garlic rice, fried egg and chopped tomatoes. Enjoy!
