General

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal.

What's the shelf life on your perishable products?
  • Refrigerated: 1 week
  • Frozen: 3 weeks
  • Refrigerate immediately upon receipt 
  • Keep out of extreme heat or direct sunlight
Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
If it has not been shipped, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the order for you.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for perishable products.

In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, we will gladly arrange a refund.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days.
Order may be delayed during a sale or if we are experiencing high volume of orders.

Please note that fulfillment time does not include shipping.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight and customer's location.
The rates will be calculated during checkout.

What is refrigerated shipping?

Refrigerated shipping is used for perishable items.
The items will be shipped in an insulated styrofoam cooler with dry ice.
Warning: Do not touch dry ice with bare hands

What if there isn't any dry ice in my package?

It is quite common to not have dry ice upon receipt as it evaporates during transit. 
If products are still cool to the touch, the quality has not been compromised.

How long will it take to receive my order once it ships?

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. 
Please allow 2-3 business days for your package to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Since most of our products are perishable, we do not ship internationally.

Pickup

Do you have pickup options?

We do! We have pick up options for Pearland/Houston.

How do I place a pickup order?

Please refer to our Pickup Details page for instructions on how to place a pickup order

Can I still change my pickup date?

Absolutely! Please contact us at hello@manganexpress.com at least 24 hours prior to agreed pickup date and we will try to accommodate your request. 

Please note that a refund will not be issued for orders not picked up on agreed date and time.
